Castle Street is a flagship Build-to-Rent development in Luton, comprising more than 400 new homes across three residential towers and a range of premium resident amenities. Our team delivered 219 fully prefabricated floorless bathroom pods for Blocks B and C, providing a complete offsite bathroom solution manufactured under factory-controlled conditions. The floorless pod design integrates seamlessly with the building structure while maintaining all the benefits of offsite construction, including improved quality control, reduced site labour requirements and accelerated installation programmes.
